Arcadyan, guided by the values of “Innovation, Harmony, Excellence, and Service,” fosters a culture of continuous learning to enhance adaptability and resilience. We provide diverse career and learning opportunities through three core talent development
strategies, supporting both individual growth and organizational competitiveness.
- Encourage internal talent development and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Regularly review and enhance talent development programs to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and market trends.
- Build a work environment that supports innovation and learning.
Training and Development Initiatives
Arcadyan allocates an annual training budget to strengthen employee skills and team effectiveness. Programs are aligned with
operational goals and competency needs, supplemented by courses from external institutions. These initiatives help employees build expertise and innovation capacity, supporting the company’s longterm competitiveness.
Arcadyan has developed a tiered training blueprint for all employees, from new hires to senior management, with clear learning paths and career development support. We also promote intergenerational learning to strengthen teamwork and organizational cohesion.
Training Roadmap
To systematically drive talent development and strengthen our talent competitiveness, Arcadyan headquarters has established key performance indicators. These are used to evaluate training effectiveness and continuously optimize our learning system. The key indicators are as follows:
Since 2016, Arcadyan has offered over 696 courses, including 499 professional courses, covering diverse fields from R&D technology to finance and accounting. This robust training framework is aimed at strengthening our talent competitiveness, as demonstrated by the 99.7% of employees who participated in work or career development-related training in 2024.
Learning and Knowledge Sharing Platform
Arcadyan has established an internal online knowledge-sharing platform, the "Arcadyan Content Sharing System (CSS)," where employees serve as internal instructors to share their professional knowledge and practical experience. The course content covers diverse areas, including general knowledge, software
and hardware technical training, new hire education, and management skills development. As of 2024, the platform has cumulatively offered 1,190 online courses. Employees can browse course materials and video files on demand through the company's internal network to promote knowledge exchange and crossdisciplinary learning among departments.
The CSS platform streamlines internal resources and knowledge management, boosting the efficiency of knowledge transfer and retention. This digital platform empowers employees with flexible, self-paced learning, which in turn strengthens our corporate learning culture. The initiative cultivates talent with the agility to respond to change and innovate, meeting the demands of the modern workplace.
Company-wide Awareness Training
To deepen our corporate sustainability culture, Arcadyan provides company-wide sustainability awareness training covering the three dimensions of ESG. The curriculum links our company's strategy to the latest industry trends, enhancing employee awareness and practical skills. In 2024, the training achieved a 100% completion rate for new hires and a 95.5% completion rate (3,534 employees) for refresher training among existing staff. The sustainability awareness training curriculum includes:
Building Climate Change Resilience
To enhance employee understanding and resilience to climate change, Arcadyan integrates related topics into its annual sustainability awareness training. The curriculum covers global net-zero trends, Arcadyan's carbon reduction strategies, and operational environmental risks. This training serves as a foundational course to strengthen organizational resilience and promote sustainable development, helping employees cope with the pressures of transition and uncertainty.
Management Courses for Female Executives
Arcadyan believes gender shouldn't be a barrier to professional growth, particularly in STEM. To support women in management, we launched a dedicated training program for female executives in 2023. The program, led by experienced instructors, helps women navigate challenges like work-life balance and leadership styles. A peer network also builds confidence and influence, promoting gender equality in the workplace. This initiative supports SDG 5: Gender Equality by providing equal development opportunities, creating a more inclusive and resilient workplace.
