Talent Cultivation and Development

 

Arcadyan emphasizes on employees' development and is dedicated in talent cultivation. Employees are encouraged to attend various training and self learn. Aligning with the company's operation strategies and functional structure, Arcadyan provides annual professional development training courses that allow employees to enrich knowledge and skills, boost creativities and advance in technology. 

Arcadyan awards outstanding employees every year, recognizes their contribution and performance, and encourages employees to continue to grow in their career.

 

Arcadyan Content Sharing System (CSS)  

In 2022, 890 employees from Arcadyan Taiwan Headquarters attended in-person or online training, exceeding 4,200 training hours. With experienced internal lecturers and the assistance from new IT technology, Arcadyan established a knowledge sharing platform- Arcadyan Content Sharing System (CSS). Employees can watch or listen to training courses and read materials and share their department's professional information. CSS integrated the Arcadyan's resources that allows easy access to new knowledge, and facilitates knowledge management within each department, encouraging employee self-learning.

 

Cumulative Training Courses Over the Years

To cultivate talents, various courses are offered in accordance with Arcadyan’s core values- innovation, harmony, transcendence, and service. Employees are encouraged to attend different trainings for continue growth, therefore assist the company to maintain a leading position advanced technologies. In the past three years, 260 training courses were opened, 200 of them are professional technical courses. Arcadyan is also dedicated to sustainable development in diverse talents and enhance their competitivities. In addtion to research and design training, professional technical courses includes training in information skills, engineering, regulations, patents, and financial accounting.
