In accordance with the vision and mission of the ESG policy, Arcadyan established the CSR Committee in 2016; several dedicated functional groups were further established in 2019, the CSR Commitee becomes the executive center to impel sustainable development. President Edward Tseng serves as the Chairman of the CSR Committee. And with senior managers from Finance, R&D, Production Center, Procurement, Human Resources, Quality, Green Execution Team, Information Security Team, and Audit Departments to reviews Arcadyan's core operating capabilities and formulates mid and long-term sustainable development plans. As the company's internal sustainable development decision-making center and regularly reports the sustainable development implementation results and future work plans to the board of directors every year.
On May 5th, 2022, the Board of Directors approved Arcadyan Sustainability Committee Charter, the Sustainability Committee was therefore established. Three members (including one independent director) of the Sustainability Committee were directly appointed by the Board of Directors and are tasked with executing Arcadyan's sustainable blue print. The GM serves as the chairman and another A "Sustainability Development Office" has been set up, with a dedicated person responsible for the promotion of the Arcadyan's sustainable development work. Sustainability execution meetings are held every quarter to formulate corresponding strategies and solutions for sustainability issues of concern to the company's operations and stakeholders. The "Sustainability Committee" holds regular meetings every year, and the chairman reports to the board of directors the implementation results and future work plans of sustainable development. The content of the resolution includes (1) identifying sustainability issues that require attention and formulating corresponding action plans; (2) Goals and policy revisions on sustainability-related issues; (3) Supervise the implementation of sustainable management matters and evaluate the implementation status.
