Sustainability Development Strategies

Guided by our vision of "Creating a Better Future Through Networking," Arcadyan is anchored in the core values of EPI (Equilibrium, Prosperity & Inclusivity). Through technological innovation and R&D, we integrate supply chain resources to deliver high-quality services. Rooted in our philosophy—"Technological Innovation, Human-Centricity, Continuous Excellence, and Customer-Centricity"—we prioritize human rights, sound labor relations, and workplace safety, while fulfilling our economic, social, and environmental responsibilities.

 

 

To operationalize these commitments, Arcadyan structures its ESG strategy around three primary pillars—Environmental Sustainability, Social Inclusion, and Corporate Governance aligned with the UN SDGs, and executes Eight Sustainability Action Plans to guide our strategy and annual planning: Low-Carbon & Energy Saving, Green Circularity, Innovative R&D, Diversity & Inclusion, Well-being Workplace, Integrity Governance, Partner Collaboration, and Social Engagement:

 

 

As a responsible global environmental citizen, Arcadyan actively participates in the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), selecting targets that align with the company’s operations as indicators for its sustainability plans. Additionally, Arcadyan supports the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), ensuring that all business integrity, labor rights, and environmental policies are aligned with the core values of the UNGC.

Human Rights Support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights
