Arcadyan in dedicated to workplace safety. From May 1st, 2008 to December 31st, 2022, Arcadyan recorded more than 15 million hours with no occupational accidents and received Golden Award in May, 2023.
"Business Occupational-Accident-Free Hours Recording Program" was promoted by the Industrial Safety and Health Association of the ROC and entrusted by the Ministry of Labor, to encourage business attending to labor safety and health, and act proactively to prevent occupational accident, ensuring labors' safety and health.
Arcadyan has introduced ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System since 2005, formulated safety and health policies, and related procedural documents. Arcadyan also established the Occupational Safety Committee to ensure effective communication and consultation on occupational safety-related matters, and regularly inspect and maintain the working environment with hazardous factors to ensure workplace safety.
