Arcadyan Vietnam Manufacturing Center completed RBA VAP, Achieving Platinum Status.

Arcadyan Vietnam Manufacturing Center (AVC) completed RBA VAP Validated Audit Process (VAP) and achieved Platinum Status in May 2024.

The Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), formerly known as the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC), is the largest corporate social responsibility alliance in the global industrial supply chain. The RBA Code of Conduct aims to protect workers in the supply chain, guaranteeing safe, dignified, and respected working environments, and ensuring that supplier operations comply with environmental standards and business ethics. The RBA VAP assesses companies' performance in corporate social responsibility in five dimensions: human rights, health and safety, environment, ethical standards, and management systems.

Arcadyan adheres to international labor-related human rights standards by establishing the "Arcadyan Human Rights Policy Declaration" to promote human rights risk management. Regular risk identification, prevention, and improvement initiatives are conducted to safeguard employees' labor rights. Both the Arcadyan headquarters and the AVC have obtained certifications in ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and conduct greenhouse gas inventories and monitoring annually. In terms of operations, Arcadyan upholds the principle of integrity management, establishing good corporate governance and risk control mechanisms, implementing integrity management from four dimensions: "policy formulation," "education and training," "prevention and deterrence," and "complaint reporting." The recent RBA VAP result demonstrates Arcadyan's commitment to social responsibilities such as employees’ welfare, the environment, and business ethics.

Arcadyan will continue to adhere to the RBA Code of Conduct and stakeholders' expectations, implement corporate social responsibility, and drive value chain partners through supplier development programs, strengthening risk management and resilience in the upstream and downstream supply chains.
