Responding to the cardon reduction committment advocated by the global climate actions, Arcadyan Taiwan Headquarters introduced ISO 50001 standard in May 2022, and completed the certification in March 2023. Dedicated to reducing carbon emissions from the organization and products and increasing energy efficiency, AVC Vietnam Manufacturing Center also plans to introduce ISO 50001 standard in 2023 and completed the third-party certification.
The ISO 50001 standard is a certification created by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Its main goal is to assist businesses increase their energy efficiency, lower operation costs, improve energy performance and reduce green house gas emissions. Obtaining ISO 50001 certification not only meet cutomer's requirements and comply to domestic and international regulations, it also demonstrate a company's capability of sustainable operations.
