Today (27th), Arcadyan is honored to receive the Outstanding Product Award at the Fourth Annual (2023) Taiwan Circular Economy Awards.
Since 2020, Arcadyan has embraced BS 8001 Circular Economy Framework, incorporating green product mindset into production, from design and manufacturing to disposal and recycling. Arcadyan consistently put the 10R concept of circular economy into practice, aiming to minimize waste by refusing non-PCR (post-consumer recycled) materials, reducing components, designing products for easy repair and refurbishment, and optimizing product life cycle. These efforts have significantly reduced carbon emissions in the product manufacturing process.
Taiwan Circular Economy Awards, initiated by Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research and the Center for Green Economy, are designed to encourage companies to adopt a circular economy mindset, alleviate resource pressures, and introduce a concept distinct from traditional linear and recycling economies. Arcadyan products stand out among numerous technology manufacturers and renowned computer brands, showcasing its strong capabilities in green product development.
